SEO is the process by which a website is optimised in terms of its architecture, content, coding and link popularity, in order to gain higher rankings within the major search engines, and gain maximum visibility for your site. PPC advertising, on the other hand, is the placement of adverts within the sponsored listings next to search results on the major search engines. PPC advertising allows you to carefully select keywords that could drive targeted traffic to your website within specific budgets. These kinds of adverts are not paid for, unless somebody clicks on an advert to access your website.
